Role Summary

The VP of Enterprise Partnerships is a senior operator responsible for leading Peregrine’s execution across large enterprise partnerships. This role owns executive-level engagement with partner organizations, drives performance against market targets, and leads growth initiatives. The VP of Enterprise Partnerships operates with a high degree of autonomy and is trusted to see the full picture, anticipate what’s ahead, and get into the details where it matters.

Strategic Importance

Peregrine’s ability to deliver on its largest partnerships depends on strong operational leadership close to the work. The VP of Enterprise Partnerships is how Peregrine leads that work - driving market performance, building a team that scales, and engaging partner leadership directly.

Reporting Structure

This role reports to the Market President and works closely with finance, operations, growth, and provider teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team that drives performance across the market. Set clear expectations, coach performance, and create the operating structure that allows the team to deliver at scale.

Growth: Drive sustained growth in the market. Identify opportunities to expand Peregrine’s impact and go execute on them.

Strategic Planning: Maintain forward-looking plans for the market. Anticipate what’s ahead, surface risks early, and position Peregrine for the next stage.

Business Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of market performance across revenue, operations, outcomes, and stakeholder trust. Understand the economics of the market and use that fluency to drive decisions.

Qualifications

People Leadership: Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.

Healthcare Partnership Experience: Direct experience owning a customer, partner, or account relationship at the organizational level within healthcare.

Executive Engagement: Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders as a peer and prepare others to do the same.

Major Program Ownership: Track record of owning a major program or partnership end-to-end.

Business Acumen: Strong financial and business fluency. Understands the economics of a partnership and uses that lens to prioritize, allocate resources, and drive performance.

Self-Starter: Starts and runs projects from the ground up. Delegates well and works effectively cross-functionally.
