We are looking for a Business Associate at Liven. In this role, you will turn data into strategic decisions that drive growth and margin directly alongside our founders and leadership team.
🎯 HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that move the P&L, not just slide decks
- Own the full analytics lifecycle — from raw data to business recommendation — using internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth levers and margin opportunities
- Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve efficiency, unit economics, and profitability
- Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities
- Build business cases and analytical frameworks that directly shape strategic decisions — and take ownership of seeing them through
- Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, measuring progress against concrete business and margin outcomes
🧩 WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT?
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills: experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and preparing data-driven recommendations
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving the efficiency of analytical work
- Genuine interest in seeing the big picture — working across multiple cross-functional contexts and understanding how every part of the business operates and connects
- High ownership, high standards, and a track record of delivering high-quality results — holding yourself and others to that same bar
🌱 EVEN BETTER IF YOU:
- Experience independently managing strategic projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation (full ownership)
- Experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions (M&A, fundraising)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools
