WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a CNC operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC equipment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the CNC Operator will ensure the efficient and precise production of modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
  • Monitor production to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Passion for sustainable building and innovative manufacturing technologies.
