ROLE DESCRIPTION

Form Energy is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, to join the Facilities Operations Department. This role supports all Facilities Maintenance, ensuring continuous factory operation and collaborating with many Factory teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring the facility meets health and safety regulations, maintaining Safety Documents, and managing all 5S signage for the site.
  • Vendor Management: Acting as a supporting contact for suppliers, service providers and contractors.
  • Administrative Support: Tracking expenses, ordering parts & supplies within operations budgets.
  • Coordination: Assisting with all Facilities maintenance, repairs, outages, and service.
  • Work Order Management: Utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to respond to and track the completion of maintenance & service requests.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in facility-specific software: Maintain X, Oracle, Zip, Microsoft Office, Google programs.
  • Ability to move up to 50 lbs.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
