  • Support virtualization, system services, and commissioning logistics for on-prem system deployments.
  • Provide project management and operational support for client delivery, and partner evaluation for commercial integrations.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, system administration, and troubleshooting for customer implementations and partner systems.
  • Support development of whitepapers, use cases, data sheets, and executive presentations. Contribute technical input in script production, video assets, and media content to elevate product and company visibility.
  • Act as the strategic interface between commercial strategy and internal R&D.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong software engineering skills.
  • Strong knowledge of linear algebra fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Proficiency with virtual environments, virtualization, and software packaging.
  • Fluency in Linux and Git.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills with a natural ability to translate dense technical subjects into compelling value propositions.
  • Comfortable contributing where roles blend technical execution, relationship building, and public presentation.
  • Proven ability to add value across traditional boundaries, working seamlessly alongside engineers and business professionals.

DESIRED
