Responsibilities::
- Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters
- Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires
- Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements
- Manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support
- Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training
- Support of other regional teams on occasional basis
Key Requirements::
- 3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus
- Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures
- Experience of working with external vendors
- Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments
- English level: B2+
- Ukrainian level: B2+
