ANYbotics is a fast-growing tech company shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries. Join our talented and motivated team of more than 200 people and work on cutting-edge robot technology.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic Key Account Manager to lead our expansion within the Oil, Gas, and Chemical industries. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of category creation—introducing groundbreaking robotic inspection and maintenance solutions to offshore and onshore operations.

You will not just be managing accounts; you will be architecting multi-year strategic partnerships, navigating complex enterprise hierarchies, and driving the adoption of autonomous technologies. If you have a relentless builder mindset, deep sector knowledge in O&G, and the executive presence to influence C-level decision-makers, you will play a crucial role in scaling our commercial success and transforming industrial plant operations.

The Market & Our Technology

ANYbotics transforms industrial plants in the energy, process, and utility sectors by introducing robotics to applications that were previously out of reach. Our customers—large asset operators and industrial service providers—are pioneering the use of robotics for autonomous routine inspections, driving increased safety, productivity, and reduced OPEX. We develop the entire robotic platform, including actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and the AI-driven software that enables world-class mobility and inspection insights. With proven technology and validated business impact, we are scaling up our commercial operations globally.

Your Contributions:

Drive Aggressive Growth: Independently manage and execute the end-to-end sales funnel to sell and operationally deploy 30-50+ robotics units into key accounts by 2027

Master Enterprise Penetration: Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans. Map, access, and influence multi-layered industrial organizations (Operations, Reliability, Digital, HSE, Procurement, C-Level) to build internal champions

Consultative Value Selling: Translate complex robotics autonomy and inspection data into measurable business outcomes (OPEX reduction, safety, emissions, workforce optimization) and align our solutions with clients' long-term strategic objectives

Secure Long-Term Partnerships: Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, and framework agreements, finding win-win solutions that allow for sustainable scaling

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Influence without authority by coordinating internal teams (Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success) to shape solutions that meet customer needs and ensure 100% retention

Commercial Rigor: Maintain strict CRM pipeline hygiene and data quality, delivering a high forecasting discipline (±10% accuracy) with zero surprises to leadership

Market Intelligence: Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends, feeding actionable insights back to the business to influence our product roadmap

Your Profile:

Experience: Proven, recent track record in direct sales and Key Account Management of complex, high-tech industrial solutions (ideally software-enabled hardware/robotics) within the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries

Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the O&G ecosystem, including operators, service companies, and EPC contractors

Exceptional knowledge of IOC, Large Chemical Companies, DACH procurement structures, vendor registration processes, and NOC governance models is highly preferred

Category Creation Mindset: A relentless, go-getter mentality with the resilience to navigate ambiguity, create demand where budgets may not yet exist, and persist through long industrial sales cycles

Executive Presence: The gravitas to confidently engage senior stakeholders and autonomously resolve commercial or operational tensions in a composed, solution-oriented manner

Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to position robotics within broader industrial automation and digital transformation ecosystems (DCS, asset integrity, IIoT platforms)

Sales Discipline: Expertise in using state-of-the-art CRM systems to drive objective pipeline management and accurate forecasting

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; highly adaptable to cultural differences in global enterprise accounts

Education: University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field

We offer you a very exciting and dynamic work environment, the opportunity to become part of a fast-growing company and an ambitious team that is on a mission to change the industrial inspection market, a chance to leverage your experience and bring in your own ideas, a fair market salary and an attractive employee stock ownership plan.
