System Parameter Logic: Configure replenishment triggers, including minimum/maximum levels, safety stock thresholds, lead times, and economic order quantities (EOQ).

Storage & Routing Configuration: Define warehouse layout logic within the system, including put-away zones, picking sequences, and temperature-control parameters.

Costing, Tax & Compliance Attributes: Maintain ERP fields required for cost rollups, landed cost, taxability, duty classification, capitalization, depreciation, and financial reporting accuracy.

Country-Specific ERP Setup: Configure and maintain item master attributes required by each operating country or region, including local tax treatment, statutory reporting requirements, customs documentation, tariff and duty classifications, localization fields, currency considerations, and regulatory compliance needs.

Procurement & Supplier Data Setup: Coordinate with Procurement to maintain supplier part numbers, approved vendor lists, purchasing units of measure, lead times, minimum order quantities, purchase pricing, and sourcing rules.

Cross-Functional Master Data Governance: Align Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure item master records are complete, approved, and ready for downstream ERP transactions.

Global Collaboration: Work with global and regional stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Quality, Compliance, and IT to align ERP item master standards, resolve localization needs, and support consistent master data governance across countries.
