The Marketing Operations Associate supports the strategic alignment of marketing processes to optimize execution, performance, and scalability. This role assists with marketing automation, lead and pipeline development, customer segmentation, campaign enablement, and performance analysis. It also provides operational support for marketing technology, compliance procedures, and process documentation to ensure efficiency and accountability across go-to-market activities.

Essential Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms.

-

Support marketing automation workflows and help maintain lead scoring models.

-

Help maintain customer segmentation data for targeted campaigns.

-

Assist with lead and pipeline development processes, including data entry and quality checks.

-

Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and dashboard creation.

-

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM and marketing systems.

-

Support compliance procedures by following data governance and privacy standards.

-

Provide operational support for marketing technology tools and assist with troubleshooting.

-

Contribute to process documentation and operational playbooks.

-

Help coordinate vendor activities and track marketing-related contracts and budgets.

Essential Skills and/or Certifications:

-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

-

2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.

Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and customer marketing activities using digital tactics, events, webinars and emails as well as content creation.

Basic understanding of lead management and campaign enablement.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
