Compensation:

What You'll do:

Shape Pigment's corporate messaging, ensuring a coherent narrative across corporate, product, and go-to-market communications.

Partner with senior leadership and executives to shape keynote narrative and strategic storytelling for major company moments, both external and internal.

Stay informed on AI, market and competitive trends, and turn them into concrete recommendations that sharpen Pigment's narrative and strategic priorities.

Own positioning and go-to-market strategy for Sales Performance Management (SPM)

Manage product launches, working with the product team from beta to general availability (GA), own launch frameworks and coordinate all promotional activities.

Partner with Sales and Enablement to ensure internal alignment and readiness around product messaging.

Measure the effectiveness of messaging and launches using qualitative and quantitative signals, and continuously refine based on learnings.

Who You Are:

6+ years as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B SaaS company.

Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for a platform, product, or solution area.

Experience shaping narrative for executives, you've written content a senior leader actually delivered on stage.

Strong interest in and familiarity with AI-driven products or narratives, with the ability to communicate them credibly.

Comfortable holding multiple workstreams at once.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive stakeholders directly.

Highly structured and autonomous, comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Collaborative mindset, able to influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Communications without formal authority.

Comfortable working with data and using it to support your recommendations.

Curious and eager to experiment with AI, and with new ways of working more broadly.

Fluent in English.
