ROLE DESCRIPTION

Form Energy is hiring a Project Scheduler to own integrated project schedules across capital construction and tool install programs. As part of our Form Factory 1 team, you will provide schedule visibility and risk identification as we bring our first factory manufacturing lines into production. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission! Relocation assistance is available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology
  • Integrate schedules across multiple workstreams into a master program schedule
  • Track progress and analyze variances against baseline
  • Identify schedule risks and support recovery/mitigation planning
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams and contractors
  • Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for leadership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial or capital construction projects
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with resource loading and earned value management preferred
  • Certification in scheduling (PSP, PMI-SP) preferred

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
