You bring a proven track record recruiting technical GTM talent, along with the versatility to support hiring across other functions. You know the full recruitment lifecycle inside and out, and you build strong relationships through clear communication.

  • Run intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design role-appropriate technical and customer-facing assessments
  • Screen for the blend of technical depth and customer-facing skill these roles require, and calibrate the bar with hiring managers early
  • Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
  • Manage a high-volume, high-complexity req load independently with minimal oversight
  • Keep pipeline data, notes, and status current in the ATS so leadership can see progress without asking

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or technical-adjacent GTM roles
  • Demonstrated ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end with limited support
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Ability to hold technically credible conversations with candidates and assess for both technical fluency and customer-facing skill
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including director-level and above hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
  • Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting in data center, energy, industrial, aerospace, semiconductor, or heavy manufacturing environments.
