About the Role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Pearl, you'll play a central role in enabling workflow and workforce AI transformation, with a strong emphasis on Agent Hub requirements analysis, platform support, and project coordination. This role blends classic BSA responsibilities with project management and practical AI fluency, supporting both Agent Hub product evolution and broader AI transformation initiatives across the organization.

You'll help define and document requirements for complex AI opportunities, translate high-level ideas into actionable work, and coordinate across engineering, prompt engineering, and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid role designed to support both requirements analysis and execution oversight for high-impact AI operations and transformation projects. You'll be a heavy, daily user of AI tools, not just experimenting on the side, while also contributing directly to the development and improvement of AI tools and features, especially within Agent Hub and related AI transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work at the center of a company's AI transformation, with meaningful ownership across both platform evolution and broader AI operations, and the chance to help shape how AI enabled work gets defined, prioritized, and operationalized.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and document Agent Hub product requirements, including defining requirements for future platform capabilities such as next-generation meeting recap functionality

Coordinate with the engineering team on features, bugs, and feedback to support ongoing platform improvement

Manage and optimize the Agent Hub platform, including monitoring operational dashboards and directing follow-up actions where needed

Test and evaluate new Agent Hub features and fixes

Evaluate and document requirements for major AI transformation projects, such as an Analytics Deep Dive Assistant and other complex AI opportunities

Coordinate with Prompt Engineering on the execution of AI transformation projects, from scoping through delivery

Translate high-level, ambiguous AI ideas into clear, actionable requirements and documentation

Use AI tools daily to support efficient execution across analysis, documentation, prioritization, and project coordination work

What We’re Looking For

Excellent understanding of requirements development, documentation, and management (core BSA skills)

Strong project management skills to self-manage and coordinate various activity streams

Good understanding of Lean / Agile software development

Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Excellent knowledge and use of AI tools and techniques across different types of work and tasks

Ability to translate high-level, ambiguous ideas into structured, actionable requirements

Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, prompt engineering, and internal business stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Curious, analytical mindset with a genuine interest in AI, automation, and business process improvement

Experience monitoring operational dashboards and driving data-informed follow-up actions is a plus
