We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client, an international product company providing high-scale platform solutions for the iGaming industry.

This is an additional hire to strengthen an existing DevOps team, not a replacement. The team is looking for a strong hands-on engineer who can not only maintain production infrastructure but also independently troubleshoot complex issues, identify areas for improvement, and contribute new ideas and solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and development teams.
  • Review the existing infrastructure and plan improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
  • Improve infrastructure reliability, security, and observability.
  • Support and evolve Kubernetes-based production environments.
  • Introduce and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and architecture discussions.
  • Proactively suggest solutions based on evolving product and business needs.

What we’re looking for

  • Around 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience, with a strong Senior-level skill set.
  • Strong practical experience with AWS — must-have.
  • Solid production experience with Kubernetes — essential.
  • Strong cloud infrastructure background rather than primarily on-premise experience.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform / Terragrunt.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and HTTP.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting production environments and handling incidents.
  • Experience working as part of a DevOps/engineering team and collaborating closely with developers.
  • English at B2 level or higher.

Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Ansible, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, Alertmanager, or DigitalOcean would be a plus.

There is no traditional 24/7 on-call rotation or continuous after-hours monitoring. Each week, one team member is responsible for assisting with production issues if needed, with typically 0–2 incidents per week.

This role is offered on a B2B/contractor basis.

What the company offers

  • Fully remote work.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Corporate laptop.
  • Private medical insurance reimbursement of up to €80/month after probation.
  • Flexible benefits reimbursement of up to €100/month after probation.
  • Career growth and professional development opportunities.
  • Company-sponsored team events.
  • Additional funding opportunities for education and personal development.

  • Practical technical interview with a DevOps Engineer.
  • Technical interview with the DevOps Team Lead and a Senior DevOps Engineer.
