Pricing & Profit Communication: Work closely with sellers to review cost structures, address pricing issues, and align on market-competitive pricing. Help sellers understand how setting reasonable profit margins leads to better pricing, stronger conversion, and sustainable sales growth. For special cases (e.g. bundles, branded, or limited-edition products), coordinate internally to evaluate and support justified pricing exceptions.

Customer Service Management: Work with US sellers to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Work with customer service teams to resolve issues with orders, returns, and shipping, and to provide feedback to sellers on customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Leadership: Take the lead in coordinating cross-functional projects, working closely with operations, product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance the seller experience and deliver key business outcomes.

Mentorship & Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members or peers, sharing best practices in account management, data-driven decision-making, and marketplace growth strategies.
