We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, can manage multiple priorities, and remains focused when responding to time-sensitive technical issues.

Support the Passenger Services Program Directorate's (PSPD) suite of customer-facing applications, helping maintain system availability and performance.

Track, document, and update incidents, including business impact, root cause, corrective actions, and resolution status.

Monitor production changes, scheduled maintenance, and system outages, escalating unexpected issues and verifying application functionality following changes.

Analyze application dependencies and monitoring data to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improved system reliability.

Assist with root cause analysis (RCA), incident reviews, and recommendations to prevent future disruptions.

Prepare daily system health updates, executive reports, and monthly program review materials.

Help incorporate new applications into monitoring processes and recommend improvements to tools, procedures, and documentation.

Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and government personnel to ensure consistent communication and reliable operational support.

Hands-on experience with automated monitoring and performance management tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Auto Ops, or similar platforms.

Experience identifying, investigating, documenting, and escalating application or infrastructure incidents.

Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities while responding effectively to time-sensitive technical issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with application, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Availability to work the designated overnight schedule onsite in Ashburn, VA, with flexibility to support additional shifts as needed.
