During your 12-week journey as a Product Manager Intern at Roblox, you’ll shape how our millions of users experience our platform every day. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to enrich the way people play, connect and express themselves, driving product success from ideation to launch.

You Will:

Build product features that millions of users will interact with every day, sharing updates, progress, and learnings to stakeholders across the business.

Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in design, data science, product marketing and engineering to write specifications, experimentation plans and go-to-market briefs.

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify creator community needs and opportunities.

Support market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

 You Are:

Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics or a related field.

Passionate about user experience, building products and features that delight our community as they play, create, and connect.

Curious about user experiences, seeking to understand what drives behaviors.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to internship opportunities.

Hourly Pay Range$62—$62 USDRoles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
