What You Will Be Doing:

  • Receive packages, shipments, and deliveries; verify contents (quantity, condition, matching invoices or packing slips)
  • Unpack, sort, and stage incoming items for verification and processing
  • Assist in the verification process: check items against records, inspect for damage, document discrepancies
  • Place verified inventory into storage/vault or designated holding areas, ensuring correct labeling and organization
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to prescribed packing methods and shipping instructions
  • Maintain inventory records in our system: record receipts, transfers, depletions; support periodic inventory audits
  • Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including staging items and supporting team and workflows
  • Keep the warehouse, staging, and fulfillment areas clean, organized, and safe; follow all safety and security protocols

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or similar role (experience with high value or sensitive items is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and reliable; you take care to verify, double-check, and maintain accuracy
  • Able to follow established processes and standards consistently
