About the role

Original posting from Tubi via Greenhouse

About the Role:

Tubi is seeking a Director, Creator Growth to own the strategy and execution of our scaled creator acquisition program: this role builds the systems that bring creators to Tubi at scale.

You'll design acquisition processes, set the performance standards for the long-tail portfolio, and partner closely with our product team to remove friction from onboarding and content delivery. You'll also connect the scaled pipeline to the broader creator strategy, ensuring top-performing non-exclusive creators are identified and elevated for deeper partnership consideration.

The ideal candidate has built creator or partner programs at scale, blends strategic thinking with operational rigor, and leads with data. This is a high-impact role at the center of Tubi's creator growth strategy.

This role is hybrid and based in Los Angeles or New York, with regular in-office days required.

What You'll Do:

Own the strategy and execution for scaled creator acquisition, building the processes, systems, and partner relationships needed to grow the non-exclusive library to thousands of creators

Establish KPIs and measurement standards for the scaled program, monitoring creator and content performance across the long-tail portfolio and using data to continuously refine acquisition criteria and partner tiers

Partner closely with the product team to define and prioritize product requirements that reduce friction in creator onboarding, contracting, and content delivery at scale

Coordinate with creator managers to ensure the scaled pipeline feeds the direct acquisition funnel and that top-performing non-exclusive creators are elevated for deeper partnership consideration

Direct workstreams across cross-functional teams (Legal, Business Affairs, Content Operations, Marketing, Product), establishing shared tools, clear lanes, and operating processes that keep internal partners aligned

Craft compelling communications on program performance and strategy for senior leadership, and own high-stakes partner and stakeholder communication across the portfolio

Apply deep creator-economy expertise to steer bets across creators, partner types, and acquisition channels, and represent Tubi as a voice for creators at industry events

Your Background:

10+ years of experience in the creator economy, digital media, streaming, or content partnerships

Proven experience building and scaling creator, partner, or supply acquisition programs

Strong data literacy, with experience establishing KPIs and using performance metrics to drive acquisition and portfolio strategy

Track record of partnering with Product teams to shape tools, workflows, or self-serve platforms

Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and remove blockers across teams

People management experience, with a passion for developing talent

Deep understanding of creator and digital content ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms) and creator monetization models

Attributes

Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

Passion for creators, content, and how audiences engage across platforms

Highly collaborative and adaptable with a “solutions-first” mindset that brings curiosity, accountability, and creative problem-solving to every challenge.

Embodies Tubi’s values of inclusion, integrity, and innovation.
