Leverage Technology & AI to Scale Impact: Champion innovative learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, and emerging delivery methods that create engaging learning experiences, improve personalization, and extend the reach of a lean team. Continuously explore new approaches to learning and capability building.

Activate Leaders as Teachers: Partner with executives and leaders to serve as teachers, mentors, coaches, and champions for learning across the organization.

Integrate Learning with Talent, Culture & Inclusion: Collaborate across HR and business teams to embed learning into talent management, leadership expectations, performance practices, engagement, succession planning, and belonging initiatives.

Measure & Communicate Impact: Apply critical thinking to data, insights, learner feedback, and business outcomes to evaluate effectiveness, demonstrate impact, and continuously improve programs.

Build a High-Impact Learning Function: Lead, coach, and develop a small, agile team while creating scalable operating models, strong partnerships, and sustainable processes that maximize impact globally. Balance strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of program design, development, facilitation, and execution.
