Gopuff’s Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all the Facilities team’s systems and records.  This includes updating the CMMS (Fexa), extracting pertinent information from the Lease Agreements and adding to the department database.  They will ensure the team has all the information needed to handle repair and maintenance needs as quickly as possible.  They will assist the Facilities Managers on special projects and initiatives.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized and has the ability to multitask.

Gopuff's Facilities Cooridnator is responsible for managing repair and maintenance requests from existing warehouse field teams through the entire work order life cycle; from troubleshooting with the GMs to ensure contractors receive payment. You will ensure we are obtaining competitive bids from contractors and driving cost savings with every project or purchase. You will assist the Facilities Managers on special projects. You are knowledgeable about basic construction and troubleshooting and are also able to provide excellent customer service to our field teams.

Responsibilities:

Input all new sites into the CMMS (Fexa) as sites are opened; periodically audit the system for accurate information

Review Lease Agreements for new sites; extract information pertaining to Landlord repair responsibilities and Tenant repair responsibilities; record in shared database

Communicate with Landlords to obtain site specific information as needed

Assist team with handling waste removal issues that arise; increase frequency of pickups as requested and record new schedules in database

Receive, manage and track repair and purchase requests from existing Gopuff warehouse field teams in Fexa ticketing system.

Obtain competitive bids and hire contractors/vendors to complete necessary repairs.

Push contractors/vendors to complete projects within certain timelines.

Communicate with Landlords on repairs that fall under Landlord responsibility.

Conduct regular site visit travel to Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) nationally to audit facility conditions, inspect ongoing/completed repairs, verify vendor performance quality, and build relationships with field leadership.

Maintain and track budget vs. actual costs for each job or purchase.

Communicate with General Managers and field teams on upcoming repairs and projects.

Help implement Preventative Maintenance programs including pest control, HVAC, refrigeration, fire safety.

Work in collaboration with other departments to help achieve our goals.

Skills:

Ability and willingness to travel 2–5 days per month (including overnight travel via plane/car) to visit assigned MFC sites across the country.

Basic knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration preferred

Experience with commercial leases preferred

Compensation:

  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.   • This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity incentive plan.
  • Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
