Our Team Leads assist with leading associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, recording, auditing, and shipping of goods.   This position reports to the Supervisor, DC. 

Pay Range: $18.75hr - $20.25hr 

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as shift will determine the final salary for potential new hires.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Ensures all associates are equipped to work productively and follow recommended best practices
  • Conducts job observations as requested and provides training and feedback to associates if needed
  • Conducts audits to ensure accuracy within the department
  • Ensures sufficient workflow in the area by communicating with Supervisors and fellow Team Leads from supporting departments.
  • Assigns tasks for daily goals and suggests staffing adjustments to the Supervisor
  • Ensures paperwork is completed correctly and all procedures are followed
  • Assists in evaluating the performance of assigned associates.
  • Communicate with Supervisors on concerns and any needs in your assigned area
  • Supports all safety and quality performance standards
  • Performs distribution job tasks when not actively responsible for the group and demonstrates work level that meets or exceeds established production standards.
  • Performs other job duties as needed

WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • Experience in overseeing a function or work group.
  • Ability to apply basic algebra and math skills.
  • Flexible and adaptive to the environment, changes, challenges, job duties, and work schedules.

Compensation:

Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm / 4:55am-3:25pm - $18.75hr

Sunday-Wednesday 4:00pm-2:30am - $19.25hr 

Friday-Sunday 4:45am-5:15pm / 5:00am-5:30pm - $20.25hr
