Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. This role will partner with the Global Influencer Marketing team to develop and execute influencer strategies that build creator community, strengthen brand love, and drive brand affinity. The ideal candidate is deeply engaged in the social and digital landscape, with proven experience managing paid influencer campaigns, organic gifting, and creator events. They will excel at building long-term creator relationships and measuring performance to demonstrate ROI.

Job Responsibilities 

Partner with the Global Influencer Marketing team to develop and execute North America influencer strategies, with a focus on VIP and mega creators to increase SHEGLAM brand visibility and exposure.

Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key talent, creator managers, and agency partners to secure social media coverage and long-term brand advocacy.

Develop and execute end-to-end paid influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing, outreach, content coordination, contract negotiation, budget management, and reporting.

Oversee monthly gifting efforts, including prospecting, outreach, shipping, tracking and performance analysis.

Lead the planning and execution of offline influencer and brand events in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Compile and analyze influencer, campaign, and project performance to inform strategic decisions and future optimizations.

Provide direction, oversight, and guidance to team members on key projects and initiatives.

Develop regional and campaign briefs for key marketing campaigns.

Continuously identify new programs, initiatives, and event opportunities that support the brand vision and strengthen creator engagement.

Support additional influencer marketing initiatives and brand-related projects as needed.  

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in influencer marketing.

Experience working with beauty brands, with an established network of beauty influencers.

Strong understanding of the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in influencer marketing and social media.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships.

Experience leading projects, managing teams, and mentoring others is a plus.

Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Comfortable with occasional travel.
