About the Role

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing and influencing retail business partners and key decision-makers across a defined territory to grow Gen market share. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships, maximizing retail leverage, representing Gen professionally in market, and identifying growth opportunities through consistent field execution and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retail business partners and key decision-makers within a defined territory to grow Gen market share.
  • Build and maintain a high degree of rapport with partners and retail stakeholders.
  • Represent Gen positively and professionally in all partner interactions.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through strong in-store and account execution.
  • Focus on teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic in the delivery of territory objectives.
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of the approved cycle plan, with focus on: call coverage, call rate, and call frequency.
  • Ensure all nominated outlets within the defined territory are visited quarterly.
  • Achieve the required number of calls per day as nominated by the manager.
  • Achieve the required call frequency for each respective outlet.
  • Follow time-utilization guidelines to plan weekly store visits effectively.
  • Allocate one day per week to administration tasks associated with the role. Commit to four remaining days per week in the field.
  • Work standard business hours, typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Track and report on sales cycle visits weekly.
  • Manage territory expenditure within budget to ensure cost-effective use of Gen resources.
  • Execute key account and marketing objectives through strong representation across all channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with key decision-makers and secure retailer support.
  • Communicate Gen initiatives clearly and effectively to retail partners and store teams.
  • Advise and guide retail salespeople on Gen products through group and one-on-one training sessions to improve product knowledge.
  • Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities comply with Gen policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report relevant market information, including competitor intelligence, to improve understanding of trade developments and support strategy development.
  • Deliver the above accountabilities in support of quota achievement.
