  • Build and ship end-to-end features across the stack, from early discovery through production.
  • Use AI-native development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate development and expand your impact.
  • Own zero-to-one initiatives, including customer payment and retention workflows and customer portal improvements.
  • Make thoughtful decisions about what to build, defer, or stop, based on user and business needs.
  • Address energy retail challenges such as billing, procurement, retention, and cost optimization.
  • Help shape engineering culture, tools, and processes, and contribute to raising the team's technical bar.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong full-stack skills and experience taking products from discovery through production.
  • Fluency in German at C1 level or higher.
  • Comfort using AI-native development tools as practical force multipliers.
  • Evidence of exceptional technical ability through shipped projects, founding work, competitions, research, or comparable experience.

  • High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort working in an ambiguous early-stage environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
