Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support expense tracking where required.

Liaise with building management, vendors, contractors, and workplace service providers.

Coordinate facilities requests and ensure office issues are resolved promptly.

Support employee engagement activities, office events, and workplace initiatives.

Assist with administrative tasks and projects that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Have you got what it takes?

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering a great workplace experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience supporting facilities, workplace services, or office management functions.

Experience coordinating corporate events, meetings, or hospitality arrangements.

Experience working within a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.

Knowledge of visitor management systems, facilities ticketing tools, or workplace service platforms.
