About the role

Original posting from Rohlik via Ashby

About Veloq: Veloq is the software platform powering the next generation of grocery fulfilment.

Built on Rohlik Group’s (www.rohlik.group https://www.rohlik.group/) proprietary technology and operational, Veloq is the software platform behind our same-day grocery operation. It combines warehouse automation, e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile logistics in one system, and it runs today across five European markets serving 850,000+ customers. Veloq is now a standalone company taking that platform to grocers, retailers and 3PLs. You will lead its commercial push in Europe and close its first major enterprise customers.

WHY THIS ROLE

A proven product. The platform already runs Rohlik's operations at scale. You sell something buyers can see working, not a roadmap.

Real ownership. You work directly with the CEO on pricing and positioning, build the commercial team, and help shape how Veloq scales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the European revenue target and close Veloq's first major enterprise customers
  • Advance an existing set of qualified accounts and open new ones across Europe
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales of warehouse automation and fulfilment software, built on a clear business case for each customer
  • Shape pricing, commercial terms and major negotiations with the CEO
  • Build the sales playbook, pipeline discipline and forecasting
  • Hire and lead the commercial team as it grows
  • Represent Veloq with senior buyers and at industry events

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A track record of closing complex enterprise deals with 6 to 18 month cycles, at or above quota
  • Experience selling into grocery, retail or 3PL operations at VP and C-level
  • Time as an early commercial hire, or building a sales function from zero
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Background in warehouse automation, WMS or supply chain technology
  • Existing relationships with senior buyers at European grocers or 3PLs
  • Experience leading a sales team
  • Exposure to pre-sales or solution design
  • German or another European language

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT

This is an early-stage build with proven technology and real operations behind it. You get more ownership and less infrastructure than at a scaled vendor.
