SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER

Vienna · Barcelona · In-office · Full-time · Reports to the CCO

ABOUT FONIO

fonio builds AI phone agents, plus WhatsApp, chat and email assistants, for small and medium-sized businesses. We have 10,000+ customers and grew from $1M to $10M ARR in under 12 months. We’re now expanding across Europe, Brazil and the US.

We work with ownership, direct feedback, few meetings and no politics. You run your area like it’s your company.

THE ROLE

We ship new features every week, and our sales team is growing across several markets. As Sales Enablement Manager, you make sure every seller knows what they’re selling, who to sell it to and how to win the deal.

You’ll train, coach and run role plays, and you’ll connect Product and Sales. Your goal is to get new AEs to target faster and help the whole team win more, and bigger, deals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Run weekly sales enablement sessions, including role plays, deal reviews and live practice.
  • Capture what our best AEs do differently and turn it into repeatable playbooks for the team.
  • Own AE onboarding and make it faster, so new hires reach their targets sooner.
  • Keep sales up to date on every product release. Explain what changed, who it’s for and how to pitch it.
  • Create the material sellers actually use: pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling and battlecards.
  • Act as the link between Product and Sales. Bring product updates to the team and bring field feedback back to Product.
  • Coach AEs one-to-one on calls and deals.
  • Track and improve the numbers: ramp time for new AEs, win rate and average contract value.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have experience in sales enablement, sales training or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • You have a sales background, ideally as an AE, so sellers respect what you teach.
  • You know sales methodology well and can turn it into practical, hands-on training.
  • You’re comfortable leading a room and getting people to practise, not just listen.
  • You can take a complex product update and explain it clearly in minutes.
  • You’re analytical and use data to see what’s working and what isn’t.
  • You’re fluent in English. Spanish or other European languages are a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in a fast-shipping product environment, where the pitch changes every week.
  • Experience selling to SMBs or in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience building an onboarding program from scratch.

WHAT YOU GET

  • High visibility. Your work shows up directly in revenue.
  • Close work with the CCO, the sales team and Product.
  • A team of ambitious people, many of them former founders.
  • Salary: €80000 - €110000.

PROCESS

  • Intro Call (30 mins)
  • Skill Interview (60 mins)
  • Interview with CCO (30 mins)
  • Culture Call (20 mins)
