About the role

Original posting from Diligent Corporation via Greenhouse

Here's a summary of the role:

Are you passionate about turning engaged prospects into customers and building marketing programs that directly influence revenue? As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Business Unit leaders to design and execute high-impact field marketing, customer engagement, and event strategies across the UK & Ireland and wider EMEA region. You'll play a key role in accelerating pipeline, progressing opportunities, and creating measurable commercial results through data-driven, customer-centric marketing initiatives.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

Lead integrated field marketing programs that accelerate opportunities, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue impact.

Develop and execute account-based marketing initiatives for strategic target accounts and buying committees.

Plan and deliver engaging in-person and virtual events, including executive roundtables, workshops, webinars, and industry conferences.

Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing activities with account plans, active opportunities, and commercial priorities.

Create programs that support customer expansion, retention, advocacy, and renewal opportunities.

Analyze campaign, event, and pipeline performance to optimize ROI and continuously improve results.

These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview:

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in field marketing, regional marketing, or account-based marketing roles.

Proven success delivering integrated marketing programs that accelerate sales cycles, influence pipeline, and contribute to bookings or revenue growth.

Experience partnering directly with Sales teams, Customer Success and Commercial teams and leaders to build account-focused marketing strategies and opportunity acceleration plans.

Strong understanding of complex B2B SaaS buying journeys and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot.

Ability to use data, insights, and reporting to evaluate performance and drive marketing decisions.

Integrate AI tools to the daily workflow

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't:

Experience within governance, risk, compliance, audit, or related enterprise software markets.

Experience using sales engagement and intelligence tools such as Outreach, Gong or ZoomInfo.

Exposure to regional or international marketing programs across EMEA.

Experience supporting customer marketing, renewal, or advocacy initiatives.

Why join us?

You'll have the opportunity to shape field marketing strategy for a growing business area, work directly with senior commercial stakeholders, and see the measurable impact of your work on pipeline and revenue. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
