ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the product and engineering team as a Senior Founding Product Engineer, owning software, AI, and infrastructure from end to end. You will turn product priorities into useful features and help shape an AI-powered regulatory compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers across Europe.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and maintain the product across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
Translate roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver value to users.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs and inform product direction.
Refactor and scale the codebase as the product and team grow.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, including work at an early-stage startup and a track record of shipping products to real users.
Production experience as a full-stack engineer with TypeScript, React, and Python.
Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Strong product sense, a user-focused approach, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Regular use of AI agents and tools in your engineering workflow.
Fluency in German and English; experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, regulatory technology, or AI and machine learning is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is €80,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
