Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records to support compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.

Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding labeling, allergens, claims, ingredient declarations, and other regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes, documentation, workflows, and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Provide regulatory support and escalation coverage Thursday through Monday to ensure time-sensitive menu, labeling, ingredient, and substitution issues are addressed quickly and appropriately.
