About the role

Original posting from Lucanet Group

The role and the team

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist (all genders), you lead and drive Lucanet's revenue operations end to end: from data and analytics to systems and processes. You design automations in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay, build AI-powered enrichment and routing, and turn funnel and pipeline data into insights that shape decisions up to Board level.

You report into the Revenue Technology & GTM Engineering team within Revenue Architecture & Operations and act as the glue between Revenue Intelligence, Revenue Technology, and GTM Strategy. You partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Excellence, and Finance, work directly with VP-level stakeholders on our highest-priority revenue initiatives, and work remotely from Germany. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

Design and implement automated workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay that remove manual work and improve data quality.

Build AI-powered data enrichment and automation for lead scoring, account research, and routing.

Lead deep-dive analysis on funnel performance, pipeline conversion, campaign ROI, and revenue drivers.

Own tool implementations, integrations between core revenue technologies, and data quality governance across revenue systems.

Map and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, leading cross-functional workshops to improve handoffs from lead to expansion.

Drive high-priority initiatives across Revenue Intelligence, Technology, and Strategy, and lead VP-level and executive requests.

Deliver Board-level reporting, QBR insights, and forecasting models together with Finance and GTM leadership.

What you bring

You have:

A track record of owning RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops initiatives end to end, from data model to system setup to process rollout.

Hands-on experience building scalable automations and workflows in Salesforce and/or HubSpot that measurably reduced manual effort.

Experience using data enrichment tools such as Clay to improve data quality or pipeline generation.

Working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines or warehouses, and of building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

A history of turning funnel, pipeline, and forecasting data into recommendations that executives acted on, in a B2B SaaS environment.

Fluent English, written and spoken.

It's a plus if you also have:

Experience building AI-powered workflows with Claude or other intelligent automation platforms.

Hands-on experience with API integrations and data synchronization between GTM tools.
