About the role

Original posting from Latamcent via Ashby

The Opportunity

You will own paid search end to end for a handful of clients, from strategy through execution to the results conversation on the call. This is a senior seat: you set the SEM direction, decide where the budget does the most work, and you are the person the client trusts to tell them the truth about what's working. Ninety days in, you're running your accounts independently. By month six, you're the strategic voice clients lean on and the person junior analysts take direction from.

What You'll Own

  • Set and drive the paid search strategy for your book of clients, tying every decision back to their actual business goals
  • Find the highest-leverage moves across each account and prioritize them over busywork
  • Run the full account lifecycle: keyword research, competitor analysis, builds, optimization, and the reporting that proves impact
  • Manage ecommerce campaigns, product feeds, and Merchant Center so Shopping performance holds up
  • Lead client relationships directly, running meetings and presenting results people can act on
  • Build the forecasts and measurement frameworks that connect spend to revenue
  • Delegate cleanly to supporting analysts and give them enough context to execute without hand-holding

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years managing paid search or SEM programs hands-on
  • Deep Google Ads expertise, plus real Microsoft Ads experience
  • Ecommerce paid search experience, including Google Merchant Center and product feed management
  • Strong command of keyword research, campaign structure, optimization, reporting, and forecasting
  • Track record juggling multiple client accounts or stakeholders at once
  • Confident client communicator who can present performance and own the room solo
  • Sharp organizational instincts and the judgment to catch risks before they become problems

Nice to Have

  • Meta Ads Manager or broader paid social experience
  • Video and display advertising background
  • Prior agency or client-services experience
  • Comfort collaborating with SEO or wider digital marketing teams

Tools and Stack

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center. Project and time management in ClickUp, Slack, and Harvest.

Details

  • Location: In office, Saint Paul Minnesota
  • Bonus: Quarterly profit-sharing tied to company and individual performance
  • 32-hour work week
  • Type: Full-time

About the Company

A performance marketing agency that builds outcome-driven paid search programs and keeps clients for the long haul. Small enough that you own real accounts and real relationships, established enough that the work is steady and the clients are serious. They run a 32-hour week, so the culture rewards focus over face time.
