We are building the future of marketing by rewarding our community of over 95 million users for engaging with our advertisers’ products. We are offering a new way to acquire users for the biggest companies in the world.

At Almedia, you’ll:

  • Own way more, way earlier — you’ll be trusted with responsibility fast.
  • Push harder, get further — this isn’t a 9–5. We highly reward intensity.
  • Join a rare environment — you will work with ambitious high-speed, high-ownership people.
  • Fully present — we’re 5 days a week in the office to build the energising momentum we need.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Celebrity & Talent Partnerships who will turn high-value talent deals into creative that works for user acquisition (UA). You’ll bring commercial judgment, industry relationships and a performance mindset to a programme with room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN 🎯

  • Build a pipeline of celebrity and high-value talent opportunities across priority markets, evaluating fit, cost and potential return.
  • Negotiate deals with agents, managers and agencies, securing the deliverables, usage rights and terms needed for paid campaigns.
  • Translate campaign goals into actionable talent briefs with UA, creative and production teams, then review what is delivered.
  • Coordinate budgets, timelines and agency partners so promising deals become usable creative without avoidable delays.
  • Use campaign results with UA to improve talent selection, deal terms and future briefs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡

  • Experience sourcing and closing celebrity or high-value talent partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms with talent management or agencies, including paid-usage rights and creative deliverables.
  • Experience briefing creative for paid campaigns and working with performance or UA teams to understand results.
  • Experience building a repeatable pipeline or process while remaining hands-on with individual deals.
  • Bonus: Experience with multi-market or TV talent campaigns, particularly involving US audiences.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT 🌟

Own Everything: You take responsibility for a partnership from the first conversation through negotiation, briefing, delivery and review.

Raise the Bar: You know when a recognizable name is not the right deal, and you push for creative and terms that serve the campaign.

Move Fast: You adapt as priorities change, work closely with UA and creative colleagues, and build practical processes without slowing the work down.
